UNIVERSITY OF DAR ES SALAAM

The University of Dar es Salaam uses learning management system Moodle LMS platform to facilitate online learning. Promoting applied research and innovation will involve enhancing ICT platforms. The ICT activities involve the customization of teaching and learning platforms like Moodle LMS, Open Educational Resources (OER) and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC). There is also development of Online UDSM Journal Processing System and strengthening of digital services like e-mails for students and staff, ARIS, OPRAS and human resource systems. The University will construct a building for innovation hub which will be used to promote innovation capacity among staff, students and the industry.
