This industry advisory committee is a very important instrument in advising, guiding and helping UDSM to achieve its mission and vision towards the fields of economics, agriculture, and business management. 

The committee works closely with beneficiary units which are the College of Agricultural Sciences and Food Technology, University of Dar es Salaam Business School, and University of Dar es Salaam School of Economics, to ensure a coordinated and targeted approach to addressing the unique needs and goals of each academic unit.

 It comprises of a diverse array of professionals, academicians, alumni, regulatory board members, employers, policy makers, students, and researchers specializing in economics, agriculture, and business, the committee brings a rich and experienced perspective to the discussion table. This assortment is crucial for addressing the multifaceted challenges and opportunities in the respective fields.
